Earth Expansion – Another Look

A young man, Jeffrey Wolynski, has come up with an intriguing theory of planet formation, Stellar Metamorphis:

Basically he proposes a star is slowly transformed into a black dwarf star (BD) which then turn into proto-planets, say like Venus but he proposes that Venus is older than the Earth, and that the Earth will, in time, transform itself into a Venus. He notes that Venus has no magnetic field, because it has no liquid interior, or magma, in which the geophysical dynamo mechanism could operate. The problem with the dynamo theory is that it relies on the fictitious Coriolis Force to operate; at the time of the dynamo theory’s introduction science knew nothing of the solar wind, electric space plasma and the Van Allen Belts, so the only plausible explanation was a geocentric one, the dynamo model. He’s correct with the description of the Venusian atmosphere however, in that it’s mostly CO2, but he’s not correct for the earth’s atmosphere because it is principally N2, Nitrogen, then oxygen, not oxygen primarily. He also raises an interesting point with the development of a black dwarf star as a cooled down white dwarf, in that mainstream science asserts there cannot be any black dwarf stars since there hasn’t been any time available to form them since the big bang. The problem with that explanation is that it’s a mainstream nonsense deduced from the belief of liberal creationism; after all if the universe has always existed, had no start and no end, then black dwarves (stars) are hardly a problem, are they. It’s only the creationist paradigm that has problems with the plasma universe theory.

However his idea that planets are black dwarves has merit but the evolution of the planets etc seems to be back to front, for no allowance was made for human observations, especially historic ones in which Venus was, allegedly, observed forming. In other words Venus is a younger planet than the Earth. As for the Venusian runaway greenhouse effect, that was a Carl Sagan fabrication to extricate mainstream science from the implications of the Velikovsky affair. So Venus is actually cooling, not warming.

In terms of the Electric Universe paradigm, stars are the focus of plasma Bennet Pinches, or Z-Pinches, in which galaxy scale electric currents in space plasma condense matter and at the same time emit ionised particles, radiation, etc. These stars would evolve into white dwarves (WD) and when cool enough into black dwarves (BD) and hence proto-planets. The inside of a black dwarf star would have an extremely high temperature metallic core, probably iron, and a number of enveloping spherical shells of decreasing density outwards. Being the product of a plasma Z-Pinch the PT regime would be as we interpret it today but the pressures are not due to accretion from gravitational attraction, but from the magnitudes larger compressive forces in the Z-Pinch mechanism operating over billions of years. Rather, the important idea is to realise that the black dwarf, no longer constrained by the Z-Pinch mechanism, will start a process of physical re-equilibration with its space plasma environment. Additionally the spherical, shell like structure of the earth suggests that it also has a large quantity of internal electrical charge from the formation of plasma double layers, possibly the non-solid outer core which is interpreted as a liquid; it could also be a shell of highly compressed and energised plasma, or magma. It should be also realised that the Z-Pinch mechanism may well have compressed a lot of energy into internal electrical double layers, so that we could consider the BD also as a charged electrical capacitor. Hence internally the Earth could be described as a large but leaky battery/capacitor.

Equally important is to realise that the BD never truly escapes from the electric currents that formed the Z-Pinch in the first place, but that the current continues operate and allows charged particles to pass through the earth-system; the whole solar system is, essentially, a continuous electrical circuit.

So is the earth expanding then? Yes and no.

If we assume a Velikovskian scenario in which morphological evolution of the earth’s surface is the result of frequent global catastrophes with longer quiescent periods between them, the Gould-Eldridge Punctuated-Equilibrium model, then we could envisage a smaller younger earth that underwent a series of expansions that were the result of an interaction between the earth and another cosmic body, including Venus, Mars, Jupiter etc, via the electric solar plasma medium. The energy flows are not sense-strictu between the cosmic interlopers alone, but from the flow of electrical current to and from the sun that is itself powered by the galaxy electrical circuit(s) when another planet disrupts the electric plasma double layer that protects the earth, causing enormous short circuits between the ionosphere and the earth’s surface, often penetrating into the earth in response to the compressed electrical energy in the internal DL’s from the stellar formation cycle. These ‘geological’ events would result in enormous outpourings of basalts, accompanied by electro-machining of the earth’s surface, forming trillions of mineral grains from miniature Z-Pinches accompanying the electrical currents flowing through the oceans etc, from the literal machining of granites, along with surface melting of older sediments. Diamond bearing kimberlite products of this electrical interaction between the Earth and some external body.

In a gross sense these catastrophic punctuations cause the earth to undergo internal partial melting, in which lower density magmas and rocks are produced and exuded, increasing the volume of the earth following Bowen’s reaction series.  The principal geomorphological forces are the electro-machining plasma  currents short circuiting between the ionosphere and the earth’s surface. The material machined from this process then are deposited elsewhere in topographic lows, etc.

It is expected the earth will careen around its axis of spin, and will settle into a new astronomical orientations in which the sun once set where it now rises, as our ancestors reported.

I’m really oversimplifying things for the moment because I want to end with noting that after the catastrophic event and the removal of the cosmic interlopers, then earth will then start to cool off and shrink a little; The geophysicist Vadim Anfiloff has pointed out that the Australian continent has minor earthquakes due to crustal shrinkage which I interpret as the cooling off period after the last catastrophic event which I place at 235AD, according to Dr. Gunnar Heinsohn. In fact I would say that the last expansion event, mis-interpreted as plate tectonics, is still in the slowing down mode, so we will continue to see expansion from the measurements, but as a decelerating phenomenon. Geological processes are indeed very, very slow in terms of the human scale.

I would also interpret Venus as a young earth as it cools from its birth from its previous role as a sun. This cooling of Venus seems to have been observed, albeit it indirectly, since the late biologist and author, Lyall Watson, noted in one of his books, citing a third source, that the medieval merchant seamen used Venus as a navigational aid during the middle of the day. Nowadays we don’t and Watson attributed this to the human race losing visual acuity. A more reasonable explanation would be that we don’t see Venus as bright as it was because it has been cooling down and becoming less bright, hence becoming harder to see.

So it appears the earth has undergone episodic but catastrophic expansions, followed by longer periods of cooling as the causative forces (plasma) disappear. As the Earth increases in size as a result of becoming less dense (same amount of matter but in a larger volume), new life forms appear which are compatible with these new conditions, The older lifeforms either die off and become recycled in the biosphere, or become fossilised from an almost instantaneous change in environment, say moving tropical species and environments, to a polar location via an earth careen. (Present day science is mystified with the Eocene forests on Ellesmere Island in the arctic of Canada, since the Eocene environment points to a tropical one, not polar; the only way that could happen is if you careen the earth so that Ellesmere Island is at the latitude of Florida by simply rotating the earth to a new axis of figure – no plate tectonics, just a bit of global circumambulation).

Future posts and papers will go into more detail as the data is accumulated and my own thinking become clearer on matters.

    A doubt: is the periodic outpourings of basalts, etc, a surge tectonics explanation? In NCGT Prof. Storetvedt argues ST can happen as isolated phenomena, but it is not a global mechanism as wrenching is.


    • I would not think that those outpourings of basalt are periodic, but the result of unpredictable external forces triggering internal electrical charge instabilities which cause partial melting and hence the formation of magma.

      It looks very much that geochronology has been “cycled” in order to notice repetitions of phenomena related to diurnal and larger scale predicates such as monthly, yearly and decadal, and outcome of Lyellianism and geological uniformitarianism.

      If, however, geological evolution was quasi chaotic, then while there might be short term periodicity in some phenomena, that does not imply that there are then cyclic mega-phenomena.

      I have to study Storetvedt’s wrench tectonic theory first, though before I go into detail. 🙂

    Plasma theory conceives that cyclic phenomena are possible, since the cosmic electromagnetic fields occur in a spectra of several wavelengths: above the level of galaxies there are clusters and clusters of clusters. But not predictable and erratic peaks of these fields can also occur by interference, resonance, and induction among them.
