Andrew Bolt reminds us of a warning Tim Flannery made in 2008 that we could have an ice-free polar cap by 2013.
Let’s see, that is a total loss of polar ice, (I assume it includes Greenland and Antarctica), within 5 years.
This is somewhat a catastrophic reduction in ice cap area, no?
So I wonder why they are so averse to the catastrophic appearances of polar ice caps as implied by the burying of the WWII fighter planes on Greenland here.
The simplest explanation might be that Tim Flannery and his fellow climateers may not actually understand the physics and chemistry of ice-cap formation; I don’t.
