Advocates of the Electric Universe cosmological model have put forward many plausible alternative explanations for the observations of Solar behaviour but consistently omit one salient fact – reconciling their hypotheses with the calculated Solar Density of approximately 1410 kg/m^3.
It is this estimate of the Sun’s density, compared to the Earth’s 5510 kg/m^3 that is the stumbling block, for it is, obviously, based on Newton’s law of gravitation, and which we know from experience, works; at least on the Earth.
So the hypothesis that the Solar Core might be a neutron star fits the solar density value, but an iron core does not. However the idea of a neutron star is itself problematical since free neutrons only exist for some 10 minutes, and break down into protons and electrons.
The clue is to explain gravitation, not to describe it, and this remains the most important task for the EU camp. Until this happens, EU theory will not gain much traction in academia, if at all. Yes, the plasma universe camp tends to ignore gravity in their PIC simulations, but they remain at logger heads with the mainstream gravity cosmologists.
Fact is, no one understands gravity.
